Not every blanket, Sam. How many does one Hobbit need anyway?
*I lift one blanket after another...fretting as I go about chosing the perfect one*
What about this? It has trees on it. Or this? I don't know who in the family used to own these. Oh, this one with the butterflies! I do like this one, Sam. *I snuggle the blanket to me*
*I reach out and clasp both you and the butterfly blanket in my arms and hold you close*
You are the sweetest, dearest Hobbit who ever walked Middle Earth. That you should love me!
*I kiss your cheek*
I shall never know why I am so blessed.
Give him whichever one pleases you, my love. But if you love the butterflys so... keep them. Froie will be happy with the leaf pattern or the trees. *I indicate the other two comforters*

What else might Froie need?

He can have both the leaves and the trees. Shire winters can be brutal even with a cozy fire at night.
I suppose Froie can salvage additional items from the smial himself. And of course, we have the public market and many shops in town.
We needn't worry so, darling. Though I know we WILL.
*I smile and kiss you*
