had a really off kind of day yesterday. i was great most of the day until the kids got home from school. i'm really starting to dread their homework. i hate fighting with them. i hate knowing that bailey won't do all his homework. i hate feeling powerless to do anything about it

Just remember that minor setbacks happen and don't mean you are sinking back into a depression or that you are getting worse or anything! Compare yourself to where you were at your lowest so that you will remind yourself of how far you've come.
You are slowly working your way up, and sometimes it's a "two steps forward, one step back" process!
And yes, ITA about journalling, I have been doing sooo much lately and it is so helpful just to clear your mind and get some perspective. No wonder I'm feeling so positive, I think my entries in just the past week could fill up half of your friends' page. lol ;)
