Congratulations. How are you doing it? Joined a gym, or what? I have an extra 10-20 lb I'd like to get rid of myself (I'm around 200 lb now, up from the 185-ish I've been since my teens).

Well, I think we all do that ... We plateau at a higher level when we're adults but we don't always realize it. I still think of my ideal weight as being 148 but that was when I was 16!

Not doing anything special, just eating less and exercising more. I do it sort of scientifically - used the net to figure out how many calories I needed to maintain the existing weight, and how much I burn with 20 minutes on the exercise bike, then just did the math to take out 3500 calories a week.

The weight/pregnancy thing really sucks; an endless struggle. Being tall helps though!

Yes, it's a perpetual issue, and yes, being tall is helps a lot! You can carry a lot of weight on 6 feet, and it also takes a lot of calories to maintain, so it's easy to drop a few and still eat well.
