Amani, the cutest thing ever....

This is the baby gorilla Amani. She was rescued from traffickers a few months ago and was found to have a shattered leg due to a bullet wound. :(
But she's doing much better now, which is fantastic (thanks to the staff at Virunga National Park DRC!!!!) and she's just about to be put with a male gorilla. My god, she's cuteeee! :)

I know. Wasn't it cool to watch. The poor gorilla. :( ow could ANYONE keep a baby gorilla in such conditions....... so fucked up and evil. You can hear the poor mite wheezing from heat exhaustion from being in the plastic bag.

yeah man. I don't get why the rescuers didn't take water with them though. Unless they didn't have far to drive.

The other night at a friend's place we were having a gathering and all out on the verandah eating Doritoes. And a possum, who we named Gareth, jumped up and headed straight for the bowl of chips hahaha. It started eating them, not even caring that we were all there. Some of us patted it, even though that's "dirty" but my hands got washed... eventually... haha. There was also a bowl of guacamole but Gareth didn't like that.

Did they not have water with them? I thought they just had to get out because the area was hostile and there might have been more armed traffickers around. :/

hahaha, guacamole!!

Not sure if you can help. I'm looking for a girl called Nathalie/Nat who went to Bradfield College back in 2004 - 2005. We were good friends and have lost touch. She had a twin sister, Camille, and lived either in St Leonards with her mum or Hurstville with her had. Had a killer Mohawk. She played Bass and Drums.

Sorry this is random but I'm contacting any students who went to her school in hopes of reconnecting. I can't remember her last name.

Thanks heaps.

Jess.
