'The Giver,' in print and on screen
I finally got a chance to read "The Giver," albeit while sitting in the emergency room overnight at the hospital (long story is too long to go into, but, short story, I'm fine now). I was looking for something new to dive into to read. I re-read FireFly Lane. Such a good book and tv show. It was 2 seasons of it before they ended it. True to the book.

I remember in college one book really got to me, Paul's Case. Don't know the author or anything, but it's about alcoholism and suicide I believe. It's a good read.
