actually I own that book and enjoyed it a lot. you are second person in about a week to tell me to read it. maybe i need a reminder. i seem to recall something about power struggles or some shit.. i might be thinking of something else. anyways he text messaged me yesterday after work and told me to calm down. now i feel like a tard. i am definately reading that book again, thanks for the reminder.

You know, I went through something similar in April. I met this guy on a rock climbing trip and we hit it off. He got my number, told me he would call, and I flirtily said, "plesase do."

For the next month he messaged me several times a day, wanted to hang out every weekend, did cute little special things for me, called all the time etc. Then suddenly I didn't hear from him for a few days, so I texted him and got a response the next day, but it was ...different.

Anyways, a couple weeks later he tells me some story, yada yada and breaks it off, then I hear from his friend that he thought I was too forward and demanding, and messaged him too much and threw myself at him. Apparently him texting me 20 times a day was fine, but me asking him to do cool things together was forward.

Confront him. Regardless of the answer, at this point you deserve an answer and the truth.

yeah I am going to chill I think and stop being so silly. I get all girl like and insane from time to time. I just need to keep it in check and not let it get the better of me.
