Today sucked

Just got caught off gaurd again.
When I look at Todd, I guess normally I focus on the eye he focus' back with and just don't really see his disability anymore. I caught sight of him in the miror earlier watching me and grinning up at me. It really struck me because it was a reverse image so i was looking into his small eye.

Essex Forsaken
Essex Forsaken last night was good fun.
I dragged Ren out of moth balls and had surprisingly good time. She her self was a lot more posertive about everything. Possibly the chance to hurt something that had hurt someone she cared about was just what the doctor ordered.
I hope at some point still to get her up to London.

5 already, yikes. Well happy birthday to my little Lukie. Can't believe it.
He seemed to enjoy what he could of this morning.
Liked his pressies, Still sore though after trying to knock his noggin' off in school yesturday.

So today was a bit of a non event, didn't get any of the stuff I wanted finished, but got some other stuff sorted. Fran and Ben had to cancel tonight. It's like we play some weird who can cancel more often game. (think I must be winning) Couldn't get a sitter so can't go to forsaken ( Read more... ) -
If a parent did it there would be up roar!
Since we moved to this house we have been trying to get Luke a place at the local school. to no avail. Apparantly our wonderful government scrapped the idea of keeping spaces for children moving into the area ( Read more... ) -
And it goes around and around
Lukie now has my cold, it's set his Asthma off so poor little mights up half the night coughing.
So needless to say mummy isn't getting much sleep either, which knowing my luck will bring me down enough to catch the next bug that's going around.
There are some things abut winter I don't like... All the bloody colds!
