I washed all my dishes after dinner, then the light blew. So i had to make myself a snack in the semi darkness and decided to make a roll and fried egg with mushrooms. I grew up in Glasgow, but i live just outside in North Lanarkshire. I'm still in Glasgow most days though. If you come here, we need to meet up for coffees. :D
