So, we put an offer in on a house in lakeland.... and they accepted! We start the financing process tomorrow, which will go smooth because we've already been approved for the loan, then it will be inspected, and if all goes well we'll close on the 20th of January. So in a month and a 1/2 I'll be moving into my first house! I'm so excited I could
