I just want to give you a good piece of advice, people like coach Benedict dont go away. they will be there your whole life. when someone yells at you or pisses you off, you have to let it go because otherwise it will affect the way you think and perform (hence the losing of the volleyball game). You know the phrase "water off a duck's back"? thats what that means, let is slide off your back and dont worry about it. Be mad, but just dont let it get to you to the point where you can't perform well.
