Kayak polo nationals are going to be in Austin this year!! That means zero traveling expenses, and, since they'll be in October, PLENTY of warm weather time to practice before they arrive. Aside from October being my most ridiculously busy work month, I have no valid reason not to participate. eek

I ate an entire sleeve of Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies today.

I fully believe it's our god given right nay, duty to eat copious amounts of thin mint girl scout cookies.

I mean who would want to live in a world where that is not okay?

I agree! I consider Girl Scouting, particularly the summer camp aspect, to have been instrumental in making me who I am today. (I'm actually serious.) So I feel duty-bound to support the scouts ... and if I can do it by eating cookies, who am I to argue? :)

Girl Scout cookies are evil evil things... I always shrink back in horror from the little girl selling them around the corner.

And then when someone brings them to work, I secretly eat as many as I think I can get away with :P
