semi-solo yoga

I went to the outdoor yoga class again last night, and I was the ONLY ONE THERE. I hate it when that happens - I feel like I'm holding the instructor hostage. But Sonia is very sweet and didn't seem at all bothered to be leading a class with only me in it. We did a fairly different class from Sunday's - some vinyasas and lots of warrior poses, both

I was also once told (by a hairdresser) that I had a very "balanced" presence. I'm not sure what that means, but I'd been up half the previous night worrying about my roommate's elderly dog, who started having weird back spasms in the middle of the night. So I think "balanced" means "half asleep."
