Best polo sprint ever

To begin a game (or a second half) of kayak polo, each team lines up under its goal and the ref throws the ball into the middle of the court. A member of each team sprints for it. It took me a couple of times watching this to realize that the ball is already on the water when the video starts, so you won't see the ref throw it, but watch what

It's crazy how fast some of those people are, and how far they can throw. Some of our guys can throw the ball from one end of the court to the other ... it's nuts.
