Under the philosophy of is best to look for a job before you need one I flew all Thursday night landed in Copenhagen 9AM local time, pass through customs, jump into a taxi and made it to the 10AM first interview which would continue for the next 6 hours. It has been oddly familiar and strange being on the other side and actually interviewing people for a couple of positions opened in my organization. The first style of narrative I can do blind, but the behavioral style on more than one occassion caught me off guard such as:  tell me about a time that you had a great conflict and how did you solve it.  The answers has to succinctly describe on what the conflict was, what was your solution and the results which gave you hero status.
