mabfan pointed me to the article when it ran (Tuesday? Wednesday?). Hooray for appropriate use of the semicolon; hooray for people recognizing the rarity of this event! :-)

Yeah, I saw this one in the paper but did not have a chance to read the actual article. I have also seen the actual ad on the subway - and managed not to notice that it had a semicolon! I guess I only notice when people make grammar mistakes (like the MTA sign that I once saw that used a colon improperly, at least in my opinion. Wish I could remember which one...)

Read the article earlier in the week (via someone elsewhere on eljay). Am amused. Am even more amused since /dev/brain insists on parsing the M in the TLA wrong-for-context.
