I already snapped at one person that didn't really deserve it, and I nearly just did it again. I need to find some release for my frustrations. If I snap at you, I'm sorry.
throw a pillow around. or hit it. or something. it actually does help, more than you'd think. when you're angry or frustrated, there's nothing more satisfying than flinging something as hard as you can across a room, and as long as you don't knock anything over, no clean-up! (or punching something and feeling your fist sink into it, but knowing that you don't have to regret it later.)
