This is for me/Recent events
A little rant about a certain individual:
People who think the world revolves around them really piss me off. My bet is that I didn't come for the same reasons as you. I didn't come to stalk you, I didn't come to see what you're doing and I definitely didn't come to make you uncomfortable in any way. I came on my own and when I found out you were there I left you alone so you didn't have to deal with me being up there in your face. You have your agenda, I have mine. That is part of the reason I stay in the background. I've changed a lot since I knew you and I'm sure you have too. I go to this place for my own reasons, none of which are your business, not for you or because of you. I try not to think of you as the person I knew, I would have hoped you would do the same. We never even knew each other very well in the first place.
(Unless of course you weren't talking about me, then that makes all this void.)
If any of you read this and hate me for it, that's your choice. If you show it to the person I'm talking about, that's your choice too. The only reason I'm not saying this to the individual myself is because I don't see the point. This is for me.
Moving on:
My birthday dinner was the best. James, Hannah, Manda, Brodee, Rhi and Richard came. Brodee didn't stay for dinner though. I really enjoyed the night. The group meshed really well, better than I could have imagined. I got a group photo and photos with everyone so that'll help when I'm in Japan too. The only down side was not drinking because of my exams, but that was only a small downside.
I think my exams went ok yesterday. Indonesian was in the morning, Phonology and Pronunciation in the afternoon. They both went better than I thought they would which is good. One of the smarter girls in the class said she would have liked more time, so I'm glad it wasn't just me. Overall I was quite happy.
