I was really liking the OUAT finale until the last 15 minutes. Damn.

I typed 8 pages of notes as I watched the episode, and it grew a few more pages the more I thought about it. My fiction-loving heart has been broken by the fact that Neal didn’t come back. Haha, this whole experience has reminded me of my long Revenge of the Sith rant. I pissed a few people off with it, but I had fun with it and it led to some great discussions (I posted it to LJ, and I'm tempted to dig through my archive to find it, for nostalgia's sake). Yeah, tell me about it! I was cleaning out my external hard drive recently and came across old conversations from AIM that I had saved. I don't remember when exactly I became a relatively stable adult, but MAN was I an angst-machine when I was a teen! lol

Well, now I've gotta read my RotS post. I have a feeling that some of it will make me cringe, but I think my overall sentiment remains the same. The prequels did not live up to the epic back story that lived (well, actually it still lives) in my head.
