diets do work, if you can stick to them. Add in exercising, and it doubles your efforts. But you have to slowly build up. Look up some ten-fifteen minute quick work outs, and find ones that target the area you want to work out. See how far you can walk before your body complains, then keep pushing yourself a few more minutes at a time. The best weight loss is always the slowest.
