Today, I went to Noe Knit and bought sock yarn and needles, and learn to knit socks I will!!

I just spend three days knitting the most adorable cable knit beanie. Too bad it's too small for my big head. Oh well, I can modify the pattern and knit another, and it looks like Annabelle and I are going to have (mostly) matching hats for Christmas.

Sooo. I'm all moved in. No roommates, just the kitties! They are happy. They can sit in the window and watch cars and people go by, which keeps them entertained. I sleep better at night with the noise of the city outside. I will never move back to suburbia ( Read more... )
