What a day it has been in the entertainment world. We lost TWO greats today. To complete the trifecta, we lost Ed McMahon on Tuesday. Farrah was born and raised here in Corpus Christi. Even though we knew her health was declining and death was imminent - most hoped for her pain and misery to end. It was still very sad this morning upon discovering

Yesterday was a sad day. I was sadly expecting Farrah's death, but Michael? My stomach churned when I read that. I'm so glad that the coverage of his death has mainly been focusing on his amazing musical legacy. I was born 2 years after Thriller was released, but I'm glad I'm old enough to remember Michael Jackson before all his notoriety.
