A bit of inspiration on this...fraterlsdJanuary 14 2009, 04:10:42 UTC

On second thought...
Nice, however the "666" should be taken out at the very least.
It should symbolize the unification of the three O.T.O. bodies in the bay area - Thelema Lodge, Therion-Babalon and Mons Abiegnus Oasis in a sigil style so that those on the Magickal path would recognize without stirring up the Zealots in to a fervor to attack.
One bit of inspiration that came through to me while talking with Soror Rose is this:
A Woman, blue in color, sitting cross-legged, arms stretched upwards as if in prayer and attempting to receive something. A Star, Red, descending in to her hands and just above her head in a blaze of glory that radiates all around her. Her breasts represent both "O"s and her vagina represents the "T". At her sternum (center just above stomach between the OTO) would be a Brilliant Gold star of BABALON.
This would play in to the symbolism of the the Gnostic Mass (EGC) and the O.T.O. while also denoting the unification of the Three Bodies.
666 is a vital force in Thelema. It is also comprised of three equal pieces to make something more than just one six alone. It is, therefore, more apt than the image you suggested, which although quite beautiful, is not, in my opinion, representative of the Active Creative Force of the New Aeon.

Cool. Thanks for the complement. I'd love to talk further with you about the 666 being a vital force in Thelema.
In fact, I've been inspired by this whole event to actually sit down with an artist (maybe Drax if he is still around or someone else) and put it all together.
One revision of this inspiration came through as this:
A Woman, blue in color, sitting cross-legged, arms stretched upwards as if in prayer and attempting to receive inspiration. The Blazing star of BABALON just above her head and hands in a blaze of glory that radiates all around her. A Dove in the center of the star of BABALON in a descending position. Her breasts represent both "O"s and her vagina represents the "T". At her sternum (center just above stomach between the OTO) would be Liber AL vel Legis (Red) as a representation of Ra-Hoor-Khuit. Below the woman would be the lettering representing the foundation or mountain she was perched from.
See what kind of Inspiration YOU and Soror Rose do to me! ;-)

The logo is what it is.

Every man and every woman is a star
In the Bay Area, everyone is a Blazing Star
