Biked up to the Summit Road again today, this hurts, oh my god does it hurt. I'm still at the "stop at the shops where Cup is until the bright sparkly things disappear from in front of my eyes and I no longer want to cough my lungs up" stage. Will do it again tomorrow, as the only way of getting any better is to keep doing it. The upside of this is
