Hahahahah! Yes, yes it is. The instrument thing not so much. A lot of them didn't used to allow instruments at all, but Mennonites were known for their whole-congregation four-part harmony singing. Wouldn't surprise me if they've all branched out since then. And they'll love the board game and card deck idea too. In my family it was always Rook because normal cards were considered somewhat disreputable. But that's probably changed too.

From what Dianna has said, her church is not that typical of other Mennonite churches that she's been to - it's far more liberal, at least theologically, and probably politically. I don't buy their mythology at all, but overall, I've been rather surprised by how much I like the people there. There's very little of the holier-than-thou attitude and judgement I've come to expect from Christians.
We've never played it, but Dianna has a deck of Rook cards.
