i'm not sure if the started packing in dual shock 3's to the 40 gigs before they were discontinues, you might wanna check that. possible it comes with just normal sixaxis, whereas the 80 gig bundle should come with a ds3. otherwise, the system specs should be identical ( ... )

I check and what you said is correct. I know the 'normal' controller lacks rumble, rite? anymore difference between that and the ds3?

there are some issues with the sixaxis and dropping signal randomly, when this happens you gotta hit the ps button and resync, by then often you've screwed up hardcore in the game 3; dualshock 3 doesn't have this problem. also the controller just feels flimsier on sixaxis. dual shock 3 feels like it has tighter sticks and better triggers, though it may just be placebo because the controller is heavier. the signal drop issue is the biggest deal, it isn't a huge issue and not everyone has it but it is definitely annoying whenever it does happen.

MGS4 has no japanese/anime stuff in it or related to it. It is a great game and you WILL find at least some enjoyment in it. I have not played online, but hear it is great as well ( ... )

I'm probably going for the 40gig. I don't think it's discontinued, I think that was the 60gig one.

For games I'm probably not buying any of the ones you recommend hehe :p HS is not really my taste, I dun need any new shooters with gow2 now and killzone 2 soon, Mirror's Edge I can play on the PC for free, Star Wars is sort of cool but not for the current price, LBP is cool but more to fuck around with, not really for me and GTA4, I got that alrdy.

Fine :(, asshole! I just suggested to rent first, I always rent before buy anyways (or get for free :P). As your below post, Valk.C. is available as a free demo at the Playstation Store, as well as Eternal Sonata. Just fyi.

you can replace the HDD. without a warranty loss.
320gb 2.5" sATA just search for "hdd upgrade" on google.
if you like FPs you better get resistance 2.
and if you buy a ps3 without mgs4 i will kill you!
its like the best game ever made!!!! (j/k 3rd best)

i also love the Ratchet and clank game its really fun.

With killzone 2 coming out soon I don't think resistence 2 is worth it, I've also got gow2 which I'm gonna keep playing. I need more time!!

Right now I'm thinking of buying these games:

Uncharted
MGS4
Valkyria Chronicle
Killzone 2 when it is released

Also thinking of ordering Blue Dragon for 360 since I'm spending a lot now anyway and it's really cheap now, not sure if I like it but meh :p and maybe eternal sonata but really not sure about that one.
