How to avoid double/triple booking yourself:

Buy a small calendar and WRITE SHIT DOWN and then look at it before you tell someone you can do something.

My business of music prof brings this up at least once or twice a day.

Writing shit down doesn't stop two professors from wanting me at the same time. There's little I can do about that. That's the frustration...me not being in control and having no opportunity to take responsibility. It's silly.
