Try me--I knew a lot of theater people because I was also a music minor, and there was some Alpha Psi/Alpha Phi crossover going on my senior year since technically one's honors and the other's service :)

I mean "McDaniel College" was oh so creative. Why was it that I never heard anybody bring that idea up a few years ago. "Academic" doesn't surprise me at all. A bunch of Coley drones run that school now. I'm sorry I ever gave it money as an alum.

There will be another name for the building eventually. It's just that for now, instead of not knowing what to call it (i.e. "the new building" "the academic building" etc) the college has adopted the name "Academic Hall" so that there is some consistency in publications and for the registrar's office. Sheesh, give the college a little more credit!

oh give me a break. this was written over a month ago before they told anyone anything besides that the new 'official' name was academic hall. as soon as people were back they told us there would be another dedication. Everyone knows how much I, and SO MANY others love this school -- but that really is the most unoriginal thing ever, if it were totally official.
