I'm not sure what to think of Squirrel fishing. It seems like an attempt to come up with order in chaos. But I'm not sure that a Gaussian bell-curve showing 'performance' is a useful evaluation. Hmmm.
Makes me think though. What would be a good attribute or behavior to evaluate humans with. Willingness to go back to fast food restaurants after suffering multiple bouts with food poisoning as high performance? Perhaps a high performance human is one who spends the most on French Colonial style decorations, a low performance human being one who prefers spartan decor.
