I'm posting this so I have something recent that's not a whine about medical stuff. I have surgery next Thursday, they're gonna knock me out. I'm a bit apprehensive for some reason; even though I've knocked myself out by drinking too much, the idea of being put to sleep from chemicals in a few minutes freaks me out

From the link at the bottom of that post, I learned that Rabbit Hole Day, January 27th, was a day on which LJ users were encouraged to, secretly, write up stories in the first person of something that, while it didn't actually happen, seemed just plausible enough that a few might believe it.

Problem is, not everyone got the eventual message that it was all just a joke, and so some may have been left thinking a bunch of people on their Friends list had gone insane, or been having extraordinary or supernatural experiences.

I should probably edit that post, now that Rabbit Hole Day is over, to make sure anyone reading it knows that it was all just a joke. I actually didn't start working on my robot that day until after making the post.

Aaah. Explains why I my friends list was a little loonier then usual. It's hard to tell though because I AM a LOON MAGNET!
