06. Haiku

[mchangjr]

...is a very short form of Japanese poetry. And it was our assignment. And it was hard.

We were supposed to make one. Or two. Or three. Or a lot. It depends actually. I'm sure there are some who made like, a dozen and I'm really envious because, obviously, I'm super unsure as to what I'm writing.

My best shot?

That's got to be like the best haiku ever. If that doesn't get 100%, I don't know what would.

It's not exactly like the ones Mr. Hanson made us read in class. But it has 17 syllables so I think it counts.

I could always just draw a ninja on my paper and scare my teacher. But I don't think that'll work as well here in high school as it did in elementary. :P

I could try. Maybe I should. But then, my dad'll get mad. And in this case, dad powers > ninja powers.
