Cry? Sure.
Withdraw? Most likely.
Feel sorry for yourself? Maybe.
Reach out for help? Probably not.

Why?

Why don't we just ask for help when we are at our lowest points?

I think it's because in the depths of our hearts we hope that those we love will offer, and we won't need to ask.
