Half-full glass: have reorganised (again?!) my books and papers, and now I can find things almost straight away. Also, have snagged one of the last tickets to a Joan Baez concert in August. There's a Mrs Thursday, two teenage children, and some good solid hints of a tragic backstory - at least enough to hypothesise something unrequited, unless the writers chose to turn it into a quasi father-son thing.

Have lost touch with nearly all the Melbourne slashers, who are young enough to be my daughters and, in some cases, grand-daughters, and are mostly into fandoms which leave me cold (Dr Who, Person of Interest, assorted anime etc.).
