Thank you so much for the story, mcinstry. I love how brilliantly and strongly you painted a picture of the 1950s, and the bar where girls giggle, rednecks ogle and drink, and Jerry Lee Lewis abuses the piano as few could. No wonder the Doctor gets caught up in the atmosphere, the high-flying emotion, steamy thoughts, and Rose ( ... )

Of course. :) I just wanted to give you a little something because you've been such a great help to me.

The Jerry Lee Lewis bit was something that just flowed from my fingers to my computer. I still don't even understand how he got in the story *laughs*.

I mainly just wanted you (or any other reader) to be able to feel the story. That's what I love best about reading - the images.

However it got there, it added to the atmosphere very effectively. (When you've finished your clothes series you could think about a music series.)
