1. I was driving to VT on Friday, going west on 66, driving all of 10 miles an hour because of traffic. There is a cop behind, he has been for a little while, when his lights go on. I assume he is pulling someone over in the HOV lane cause seriously I'm going 10 miles an hour, my seat belt is on, I'm not on my cell phone..what could I have done
