Real Age

So according to this website, RealAge.com  I'm 31.1 (chronilogically I'm 31.5). No surprise that it was my lifestyle that increased my RealAge by 3 years. Before that component came in I was 28.3. They make some great suggestions in a 90-day plan, that are realistic and very helpful. No this is not a commercial, just go try it.

Took your suggestion and followed the link to the RealAge questionnaire. Got all the way to the end (at the halfway point, it said I was "60.1." and an error message came up and that was it; could not get back in.

Oh, well. It was interesting. Showed me how much I don't know about myself -- like my blood pressure, cholesterol level, state of dental health.
