I got a ticket in the mail today. It was from driving a couple weekends ago and I oddly remember thinking, 'This is a nice speedway and no one is driving very fast, I wonder why.' Isn't learning fun! The weird thing is that I am not a fast driver in the least bit and try to obey all the traffic laws. I am now confused about where this was taken and

I was going 11 over and it was in District. The funny thing is that you can see me breaking to slow down.
