Breanah blinked, unsure of what had just happened. She replied the scenario in her head, trying to figure out who and why she was being held by a boy who had looked like he'd been running laps.

The brunette had exited the library, the bell signaling classes began rang moments before interrupting her last minute history studying session. Grumbling, she was heading towards her locker to get rid of the heavy book she had brought with her when a body slammed into her and (she was hoping she had imagined it) groped her. The history book had landed with a loud 'thump' a few feet away while the notebook she had been in the process of shoving in her bag was behind her. "I'm fine. I think" Breanah looked up at who was holding her by the waist and at the things around them. "Are you okay?" Instinct was to find out if her attacker was okay, whether or not she honestly cared.

The tall, blonde boy blinked curiously at the girl. Did she just ask if he was okay? He had all but run over her and she was asking if he was okay. He frowned then blinked and rubbed the back of his head. "Yea, I'm..fine." he blinked, remembering his manners and she bent down to collect her dropped things and hand them to her. "Look, really. I'm so sorry. I'm kind of running late." he looked around at the empty hallway. "Can I at least walk you to class? I feel really bad." It was true. He felt awful and just saying sorry wasn't enough. "I'm...Riley, by the way." he greeted, awkwardly holding out his hand to her.

Breanah took her things and shoved the notebook into her backpack. She blew at the hair in her face and gave a small smile. "It's fine. I'm late too." Tucking her history book under her arm she slung the bag over her shoulder. "If you want? I need to drop this off at my locker first." she indicated towards the book with her free hand before wiping it against her shorts. "Breanah. You don't sound sure that you're really Riley" she pointed out, shaking his hand.

"I'm not so sure of anything right now, actually. Just that I'm late." he glanced at the clock then shrugged. "Ah, what could it hurt? I'm already late. A few more minutes won't kill me." He smiled and reached out for her book. "Let me carry that for you." he offered, tucking it under his arm when she handed it to him and smiling. "Breanah? That's a pretty name." he noted idly, walking beside the shorter girl. "So...are you a sophomore? Junior?" he guessed, surveying her as he tried to place her in an age group. He was bad with age, though. "You look about the same age as my sister, so yea, I'm just guessing here." he babbled.
