Seth Shostak, senior astronomer at SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) and author of “Confessions of an Alien Hunter,” will discuss the possibility of contact and what it would mean to the world in “The Scientific Search for ET” at 7 pm this Sunday, May 9, at Alderson Auditorium in the KU Kansas Union.
