I heard from Deb this afternoon around three that the doctors hadn't found anything wrong, which they considered really well, but they were keeping her ( Read more... )

Well, you know I'm home.
Feeling pretty good today.
Even have Xmas music playng.
I did find out that Mom's in the hospital - again. Which means that my brother jumped at the opportunity to not have to pick me up tomorrow (I don't have a car yet) He says Mom told him to tell me that "Thanksgiving is cancelled". But, really, that's okay. I have alovely turkey breast and all the fixins. Rob will be at his dad's (thank all the gods for that one) so Deb and I will have a quiet day in.
Anyway... hope you're having a better day, dear!

I'm having a much better day, thanks. Actually looking forward to cooking the bird tomorrow, lol. I'm doing the basic traditional Thanksgiving meal and expecting around ten peeps to share it with between the kids, the grandkids, the ex-laws, in-laws, and out-laws, lol. I'll probably be wishing for a quiet day by this time tomorrow, so your plans sound lovely. *g*

Sorry to hear about your mom, hope she (and you) are feeling well soon.

I'm hanging in there, Urs. Really. At least it's not the heart this time. And, hey, I'll take what*ever* I can get at this point!
Thanks for the concern. I really do appreciate it.
(and, yes, still working on that ezine story - we *will* get it done.)

Hey Twins! I'm home now and feeling much better! Was the pneumonia again. *sigh*
Thanks for the good wishes. It means the world to me!
Just to tease you, I have had some interesting thoughts about an Eroica Xmas story... First I have to finish the M/K I'm writing with Polly for the Krycek/NLC ezine. After that, though.
Hmmm.
Heh.
Oh - you haven't sent me Susan's address - or is it the same as yours? I want to send her her very own card.

Please watch your health, yes?
Tease! Eroica Xmas story? Come to the pink side...
Su has finally posted a story to "The Safehouse" in our 30+-year-fandom Pros (where we play with biani).
Susan lives in the new house 50 miles away and I will send her address tomorrow (must look it up, because I always mix up the figures of the post-code).
