3) i'd have to go with choice. i'm not sure why exactly. it's a tough question.

4) dad doesn't go for it. mum's fine with it, though she doesn't seem to have a definite stand on marriage.

5) best friend of the family is a gay man. well, on mum's side. parents are divorced, and i don't think dad would be too keen on the idea.

i do wonder what initiated this little survey, though :)
