[1] No reservation of slots. Only paid orders will be taken.
[2] Please double check item name, URL and price. I will make my own executive decision during any uncertainty & won't be responsible if it's wrong.
[3] If merchant ships the wrong / damaged item over, I'm not responsible for any returns costs that have to be incurred (if any).
[4] Reply to your own thread after you have made payment to facilitate consolidation of orders. Cancellation of item made after payment would only be refunded after spree completes
[5] No more items to be in after spree closes. Money transferred after spree is closed for more than 2 hours will be refunded 1 year later.
[6] ATM payment transactions are to be posted on the same day of order, otherwise orders are considered void and deleted. NO interbanks transfers.
[7] No refunds will be given when there is exchange excess.
[8] Add items to cart to ensure they're in stock before ordering. No backordered items accepted unless otherwise stated
[9] I reserve the right to change the mode of shipping/cancel the spree when responses are not met.
[10] All updates done via E-Mail. There would be 3 updates in total:
- Merchant ships order out
- Agent (e.g. vPOST) ships order out
- Order Arrival / Collection of Local Postage
* IMPORTANT: I do NOT answer emails about spree status. If you're a spree-er that requires constant updates, please do NOT join my sprees. I only want patient spree-ers.
If you decide that you're also a spree-er who can't join a spree should I miss out on updates, kindly do NOT join my spree.
[11] Distribution of items are non-negotiable.
[12] Handling charge of S$0.50 will be charged for materials required for postage.
[13a] Combining postage is to be informed via E-Mail prior to arrival of items. State clearly which spree you wish to combine. Once items have been packaged, combining postage isn't an option. If any oversight on my part to combine your postage even after you've informed via the correct way, I'm in no way liable as combining postage is a favour and should never be taken for granted. Spree-ers would still have to bear the cost of the postage and no alternative would be offered.
[13b] Combining postage is only allowed for your own orders. I do not allow different spree-ers to merge their items for postage. The solution to this is to communicate between yourselves and post as 1 consolidated order under 1 LJ nick & make a single payment. The time taken to processed combine postage request could take up to 2 weeks. Be prepared to WAIT WITH PATIENCE if you wish to opt for combined postage. Spamming me with multiple emails to process your package would result in further delay. Remember, combine postage is a privilege and NOT a right.
[13c] Combining postage is exclusive to sprees participated in
mysprees [14] Refunds are done only after order has arrived and items are ready for distribution. Only items that are out of stock prior to ordering would get their refund after a few days upon spree closure. Spree-ers who have outstanding items in the same spree would have their refund offsetted against local postage during 2nd payment & any remaining refunded.
[15] In the event should any items be missing/damaged from shipment, all spree-ers in that shipment will share equal burden of refund to compensate the party involved. This doesn't applies to items damaged during local postage. I'm not a saint and I do make mistakes. If you're looking for a flawless organizer, do look for another organizer to spree with. Mistakes on my part will be compensated based on my discretion. I'm not running some sort of business so if you expect flawless service, then you can go look for a personal shopper instead.
[16] Wrappings
- All packages are packed in envelope, sealed with scotch tape and marker written for name / address
- If items are unable to fit into the biggest size envelope (A3), it would be wrapped in brown paper. Items that doesn't come with plastic wrapping will be wrapped as it is unless spree-er have special requests
- For special wrappings (boxes / bubblewrap etc.), please expect delays of up to 2 weeks for your items to be sent out.
- I am NOT responsible if the package arrive to you damage / torn. If you're worried about that happening, please email me prior to spree arrival to get your items packed in SingPost PostPac boxes.
[17] Should there be any problems with the spree, you'll be informed only when I have a clear picture of what's happening as liasing with merchants takes time. If due to personal reasons that the spree is delayed, you'll be informed and please practice patience.
[18] By joining my sprees, you're understood to have read everything and I am not to be faulted (that includes leaving a -ve feedback) if similiar scenerios occurs. Do NOT attempt to find loopholes as it would be a never ending story trying to fill in everything
