Well as of today I am both a CSA and a Projectionist at Cinemark, I now, for the most part, have 95% job security there. This makes me happy, for the first time with a job I feel like I am actually DOING SOMETHING, I am moving up, advancing, and still having fun. Initially I won't be making more an hour, but unlike regular employees the pay cap

Ah, Cinemark. Are they still refusing to let people count their own drawers? And holding said people responsible for the drawers that many hands were in? And saying to said people, "you were off by eleven dollars three weeks ago, sign this?" When said people had been cashiers for fucking ten years and have never been off before?

Yeah, there's a word for that. It's called "embezzlement."

Lying, cheating, stealing, passing-the-blame fuckers.

I'm not at all bitter. Not at all.
