Worst tech day ever

So far my 360 has bricked on me (I got red ringed at midnight) and Front Row won't launch on my MacBook. I've called customer support about my 360 and they are sending me out a box to send in my $400 brick so they can make it work again. I CAN'T call Apple support about Front Row, and I CAN'T trouble shoot it myself as I am running a beta build of
