Anyway, some good, some bad. There were a few heads out to represent but not as many as I had hoped. I also found out about this too late to prepare any kind of a statement, and there weren't as many people to speak on our defense as there were to speak against us.
on the plus side, they're addressing some safety enforcement concerns. on the down side, they may be tightening the noise ordinance more than necessary, the club licensing program they're voting on next month isn't well thought out and could give the Mayor way to much power to shut down clubs, and they're trying to require that promoters be licensed.
