So I was wondering what kind of submissions I should accept and reject. Do you accept anything as long as it's a cross-over? And are writers allowed to submit more than one fic at a time?

Just as long as they ar cross over stories accept them. You can accept all of them but make sure they are wriiten story style like on MyChemicalSlash

If you really want to get this community going, you should advertise the community more. Pass it to friends and tell them to pass it to friends. Make the community appealing. Maybe do some prompts, some specific pairings. Just some ideas.
