My (tentative) five year plan:
Continue working at UPS, 7-8 shifts a week. Get teacher's certificate, using the tuition reimbursement program at UPS, by taking classes 3 days (2 if possible) a week in chunks of 9 hours a semester. On the days not going to school, try and work at a teachers assistant in the special ed classes at Coronado Heights

i would suggest not working during your first year of teaching. it's a lot more work than you know and there's a lot of crap to do while in your residency year. try to go back to UPS after your first year.
