And it still does really. The first almost two weeks of November have been anything but conducive to writing, however. Since I managed to break my foot on Halloween, the combination of working from home - and therefore almost constantly - and the pain - dulled by not cured by a regimen of Advil and vicodin - has made me slow to write

*hangs head in shame* By wearing shoes taller than the curb.

I was in costume - as a drag queen for a group costume as the Stonewall Riots - and wearing beautiful 6" wooden platforms. Sadly, my right shoe and right foot chose to separate without giving me notice.
