It is rare for me to wax nostalgic about Christmas. Rarer still that I am anything other than disgruntled and less than pleased by anything X-mas related this early in the year. But today as I plot presents for my friends I am forced to admit something

I'd probably be down for this, unless the list gets really large. Are handmade, non-crappy, gifts ok?

John Waters apparently had (or still has) a Christmas party where each guest is required to bring a gift for every other guest.

I think that hand-made gifts are wonderful! :)

I think that the exchange of gifts is a great way to get to know your friends even better. The biggest portion of the gift, as I see it, is the time you take to learn and choose. :)
