So I managed to contract some sort of computer virus (from a damn pop-up) that completely wiped out my system files. As a result, my computer wouldn't even start Windows. It would start in safe mode, but had zero functionality. So I had to take it to a computer guy and pay $70 to supposedly get it fixed. It now does function somewhat, but Internet

I talked to Jason on the phone the other night and ironed out some problems. I still can't get my sound card to work and IE still locks up on certain sites, but otherwise my functionality is back to normal for the most part. I can live without the sound short-term. At some point, I'll let him take a look at my PC and see if he can figure it out...
