Recipient: cedarlibrarian Prompt: Percy attends Bill's wedding. Word count: 113 Rating: G
He found his brother, eventually, lurking next to a potted plant in one of the corners. "Perce? What are you--" When the smell hit him, he stepped back, shaking his head. "You're pissed."
"Wouldn't you be?" It took obvious effort for Percy to speak clearly. "If it were Tonks, going and, and..."
"You ran out on Penny the same time you ran out on us." His voice was impatient; it was hardly the first time he'd said it. "We're family. We had to take you back, once you asked. She didn't."
"Bill could've had a heart."
"Could've." Charlie turned away, adding over his shoulder, "Would've, too. If you'd given him any reason."

Sniffle! How did you manage to fit so much sad into 113 words? That last line is so great, and says so much about what Percy could've done, not just Bill. (Hmm, more than one Weasley can hold a grudge in this town!) It's not what I expected, but it's very well done. Thank you!
